Asia Mining Club invites you to our autumn dinner event on Tuesday 30 October 2012.
The theme of the evening is “Mongolian Mining Investment: Where Next?” and to discuss this important topic we are delighted to welcome Mr. Zorigt Dashdorj, Former Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy of Mongolia as our guest speaker.
Timed to coincide with Hong Kong’s 3rd annual Mongolia Investment Summit, the dinner will provide an opportunity for Hong Kong’s mining and investment community to hear first-hand from the man until recently at the heart of Mongolia’s mining boom.
Former Minister Zorigt will share his thoughts on the key issues impacting foreign investment into Mongolian mining. As well as offering his perspectives on the debate around the OT investment agreement and the development, listing and selection of partners for TT, Mr Zorigt will discuss the development of the Foreign Investment Law and how Mongolia is looking to continue to develop international business relationships, now that the politically fraught election season is passed.
